- 1 clove Garlic
- pinch Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil, and some more to grill bread

Directions

Grating the tomatoes
1. Grate the tomatoes with your grater through the bigger holes until you're left with the peel and stem.
2. Get rid of the excess liquid by putting the grated tomato in a sieve.
3. Then transfer them to a bowl and add olive oil and salt.
Preparing the bread
1. Drizzle some olive oil on the bread slices and grill them in a pan until golden brown.
2. Then take a garlic clove and rub the open side onto the bread.
Assembling the dish
1. Spread tomato paste on top.
2. Sprinkle over parsley.
3. Spread over fresh, creamy burrata.
