Ingredients

Fresh Pasta
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 3 pcs Large eggs
- 0.25 c water
Sauce
- 300 g Shrimp
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 packet Baby spinach
- 2 slice lemon rings
- 2 clove Garlic, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Lemon juice, to taste
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Garnish
- 10 g Fresh parsley, chopped
- 20 g Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Making Fresh Pasta
1. In the Philips pasta maker, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 3 large eggs, and 1/4 cup of water.
2. Process the ingredients in the machine for 4-5 minutes until a smooth pasta dough is formed.
3. Remove the fresh pasta from the machine and let it rest for a few minutes.
4. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fresh pasta for approximately 2 minutes or until al dente.
5. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In a pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, and cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side.
2. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, lemon slices, grated garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Sauté the ingredients for approximately 5 minutes until the shrimp are heated through and the tomatoes are softened.
4. Pour in the cooking cream and stir to combine. Allow it to simmer gently for a few more minutes.
5. Adjust the seasoning with lemon juice to taste.
Final Assembly
1. Add the cooked fresh pasta to the pan with the sauce.
2. Toss the pasta in the sauce until well coated.
3. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious homemade shrimp pasta!
