Ingredients

Main Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 tbsp Garlic, finely minced
- 3 sweet chili peppers
- 1 stalk Scallion, diagonally cut
Shrimp Marinade
- 8 oz Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 0.5 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- 0.5 tsp Oil
Sauce Mixture
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 0.25 tsp White pepper

Directions

Marinating the shrimp
1. Add seasonings to shrimp and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Make the sauce mix by combining the listed ingredients.
Preparing the noodles
1. Cook the lo mein noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Cooking the shrimp
1. Add 1 tbsp oil in a heated skillet and add the marinated shrimp, cook until they turn pink.
2. Transfer out and set aside.
Preparing the stir-fry
1. Add another tbsp of oil to the skillet and add garlic, sweet chili peppers, and scallion.
2. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the cooked noodles and pour in the sauce.
4. Toss everything together well and add the shrimp and mix until the sauce is fully absorbed.
Garnishing and serving
1. Garnish with more scallions and serve!
