Ingredients

- 2 lb Jumbo shrimp, peeled, cleaned, and deveined
- 1 Tbs Hot sauce
- 4 Tbs Unsalted butter
- 0.33333333333333331 cup All purpose flour
- 2 cup Celery, chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 Yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 Green bell pepper, diced
- 0.5 Yellow onion, diced
- 4 clove Garlic
- 0.5 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 can Tomatoes
- 3 Bay leaves
- 2 cup Chicken stock
- 1 Tbs Kosher salt
- 1 Tbs Black pepper
- 2 Tbs Garlic powder
- 2 Tbs Onion powder
- 1 Tbs Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbs Cajun seasoning

Directions

1. Combine all of the seasonings and divide into two small bowls. Set aside.
2. In a large pan, add butter and melt on medium heat.
3. Gradually add flour until you form a roux.
4. Reduce the heat to medium low and continuously whisk until it becomes a chocolate colored consistency.
5. Add your celery, peppers, onion, garlic, parsley, and diced tomatoes to the pan mixing in with the roux.
6. Add bay leaves and the chicken stock gradually pouring in until it barely covers the vegetables.
7. Use one of the small seasoning bowls to season the vegetables.
8. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes until it slightly thickens.
9. Add the shrimp and cook for about 4 minutes turning off the heat.
10. Add the remaining seasonings and hot sauce.
11. Mix until fully incorporated.
12. Serve immediately!
