Ingredients

Wonton Wrappers
- 1 pack Wonton wrappers, around 40
- 1 tbsp Scallions, chopped
- 0.25 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- small amount dried seaweed
- 1 c Chicken Broth
Fillings
- 8 oz Ground pork
- 8 oz minced shrimp
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 0.25 tsp White pepper
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 stalks Scallions, chopped
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 egg white

Directions

Preparing the wonton filling
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced shrimp, light soy sauce, white pepper, salt, egg white, grated ginger, scallions, and sesame oil.
2. Mix the ingredients in one directionthoroughly until well combined.
Laying out and filling the wonton wrappers
1. Lay out a piece of wonton wrapper and place 1 tsp of filling in the center.
2. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, pressing the edges to seal.
3. Bring the two corners of the triangle together, wet one corner with water, and press to seal.
Cooking the wontons
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Add the wontons and cook until they float to the surface, about 3-4 minutes.
Finalizing the dish
1. In a serving bowl, add scallions, white pepper, sesame oil, dried seaweed, and chicken broth.
2. Add the cooked wontons to the bowl, mix gently to combine and let the flavors meld.
