Ingredients

Main Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets
- 1 lb Jumbo shrimp
- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tbsp Kosher salt
- 2 tbsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp sofrito
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 Yellow bell pepper, diced
- 3 Cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 large white onion
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 3 Large eggs
- 3 c leftover white rice
- 1 c mixed vegetables
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Olive oil
- Avocado oil
For the Sauce
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 c Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 0.5 c Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp caviar

Directions

Seasoning the Seafood
1. Divide the seasonings amongst three separate containers.
2. Add your salmon, shrimp, and lobster to three separate bowls.
3. Season your salmon, shrimp, and lobster with a container of seasoning respectively.
Cooking the Seafood
1. To a large pan, add avocado oil.
2. Sear your shrimp and salmon until fully cooked.
3. Remove from the pan and add your lobster leaving it on the pan until it’s fully cooked.
Preparing the Fried Rice
1. To a large pan or wok, add about 2 tbsp of olive oil.
2. Add your peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
3. Add garlic paste and mix.
4. Add your egg and mix until the eggs are fully cooked.
5. Add your day old rice and fry repeatedly stirring.
6. Add your oyster sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
7. Add your honey and mix.
8. Mix in your salmon, shrimp, and lobster.
Preparing the Sauce
1. For your sauce, in a separate pan, add butter, then garlic paste, lemon juice, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, thyme, and rosemary.
2. Let it simmer on medium low for about three minutes before adding your chicken broth.
3. Remove the rosemary and add in your caviar.
Plating and Serving
1. Plate with some of your sauce, then the seafood fried rice, then a few of the salmon bites, and more sauce.
2. Serve and enjoy.
