Ingredients

- 8 andouille sausages
- 1.5 lb Jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 mini corn on the cob
- 5 Red potatoes, quartered
- 1 lb crab legs
- 1 Tbs cornstarch slurry
- 1 Tbs bouillon paste
- 2 8oz can Pineapple Juice
- 3 bouillon cubes
- 2 Tbs Kosher salt
- 2 Tbs Black pepper
- 4 Tbs Garlic powder
- 4 Tbs Onion powder
- 4 Tbs Cajun seasoning
- 3 Tbs Cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbs Smoked paprika
- 2 Tbs Old Bay
- Canola oil
- pnt boiling water

Directions

1. In a large pan, add enough canola oil to coat the pan.
2. When the pan gets hot, add andouille sausages and sear on all sides.
3. In a large pot, add water until it is about 75% full.
4. Once the water comes to a boil, add bouillon paste, bouillon cubes, pineapple juice, and half of your seasonings.
5. Add quartered potatoes to the pot and boil until slightly softened.
6. Add sausages, corn, and crab legs to the pot.
7. Cook until the corn is able to be pierced with a fork.
8. Add cornstarch slurry and stir.
9. Add remaining seasoning blend and mix.
10. Remove from the heat and add shrimp immediately.
11. The heat from the pot will cook the shrimp.
12. Serve and enjoy!
