- Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- Greek chicken skewers
- roasted chickpeas
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Directions

Grilled Greek Chicken Skewers Ingredients
1. 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
3. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Marinate Chicken
1. In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Thread onto Skewers
1. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
Grill the Skewers
1. Grill the chicken skewers for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
