- 1.5 lb Green beans, trimmed, ends removed
- 0.5 Garlic, minced
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.333 tsp Sugar
- 0.25 tsp MSG
- 0.25 c water
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil

Directions

Preparation
1. Trim and remove the ends of the green beans.
2. Wash and set aside.
Cooking
1. In a large wok, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil over medium high heat.
2. Once hot, add your minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
3. Add your washed green beans.
4. Sauté for 1 minute.
5. Add 1/4 cup water.
6. Sauté for 2 minutes.
7. Add your seasonings: salt, sugar, MSG.
8. Sauté for another 3 minutes.
Finishing
1. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
