- 12 tomatillos, medium
- 1 serrano pepper
- 1 jalapeno
- 1.5 clove Garlic
- 0.5 White onion
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 tsp Salt

Directions

COOK THE VEGGIES
1. Boil hot peppers, garlic, and onion for 15 minutes or until soft.
2. Add tomatillos to the pot with the pepper, onion, and garlic.
3. Allow to cook until tomatillos turn yellowish-olive green. Do not overcook. Once they start to change color, remove the pot from the heat. The tomatillos will finish cooking in the hot pot.
BLEND AND SERVE
1. Combine all your ingredients in a food processor or blender.
2. Enjoy!
