- 1 8 oz salmon filet
- 1 c White rice, cooked
- 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 4 tbsp Kimchi
- 1 Avocado, strips
- 4 Egg, beaten
- 1 c Spinach
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 Seaweed Sheets
- Salt, dash

Directions

Prepare the Salmon
1. Add some salt and pepper to the salmon.
2. Preheat the oven to 370 deg F and bake the salmon for around 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
Prepare the Spinach
1. In a pot, boil the spinach for around 3-4 minutes.
2. Drain, squeeze the water out of the spinach and add some sesame oil and salt.
Prepare the Eggs
1. In a pan, cook the eggs and make sure that it’s long enough to cut it into long strips.
Prepare the Avocado
1. Prepare some avocado by cutting it into strips.
Prepare the Rice Mixture
1. In a bowl, add the cooked white rice, cooked salmon, chopped kimchi, and mayo. Mix well.
Assemble the Kimbap
1. To assemble the kimbap, place one dried seaweed sheet on a bamboo sheet.
2. Put the salmon rice mixture on the seaweed then spread it evenly and thinly to cover around 2/3 of the seaweed.
3. Now fill the seaweed with the rest of the ingredients, which are the avocados, egg and spinach. Feel free to use any other ingredients of your choice.
4. Roll the seaweed and cut into bite-sized pieces.
