- 4 salmon filets
- 4 tbsp stone ground mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 8 lemon slices
- 0.5 Onion, sliced
- dried parsley
- parchment paper

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
2. In a bowl, mix together stone ground mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Add salt and pepper to the salmon.
4. Brush on the stone ground mustard and Worcestershire sauce mixture.
5. Drizzle honey over the salmon.
6. On top of the salmon add lemon and onion slices.
7. Top with parsley.
8. Securely wrap each salmon fillet in parchment paper.
Baking
1. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes.
2. Remove from the oven and open carefully.
