Gulaman and Sago
- 1 packet gulaman
- 4 c water, more water for later
- 2 c Brown sugar
- sago or tapioca pearls
- Ice

Directions

1. Add 2 cups of water to a pot with gulaman packet.
2. Bring to a boil while constantly stirring.
3. Transfer to a container right away.
4. Let it chill then store in the fridge for 1 hour.
5. Add brown sugar and 2 cups water to a pot.
6. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until desired consistency.
7. Cook your sago or tapioca pearls according to packaged instructions.
8. Some sago pearls take longer to cook than others so just be aware.
9. I went with tapioca since it was easier to find!
10. Start assembling your cup the tapioca pearls, gulaman, water, arnibal, and ice.
