- 2 cups rice cakes
- 1 handful glass noodles
- 2 sheets fish cakes
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 5 sausages
- 2 strips Bacon
- 2.5 cups Heavy cream
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp gochugaru
- 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- Sesame oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Directions

Preparation of Ingredients
1. Soak rice cakes in cold water for 10 minutes and noodles in hot water for 10 minutes. (Rinse noodles in cold water after)
2. Air fry 2 eggs at 300 degrees for 9 minutes and shock in an ice bath.
3. Slice onion, mince garlic, cut fish cakes into small pieces, cut sausages, and cut bacon into small pieces.
Cooking Process
1. Cook bacon on medium high heat. Add in onions, garlic, and sausages.
2. Pour in heavy cream. Make the sauce with gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Season with salt, pepper, and MSG to taste.
3. Let the sauce get to a thick consistency.
4. Add in rice cakes, glass noodles, and fish cakes. Boil until rice cakes get soft.
Garnishing
1. Top with mozzarella cheese, scallions, eggs, and sesame seeds.
