Rhubarb butter Recipe (with Video)

Preparation of Puree
1. Blend the apples and rhubarb pieces into a puree, using a blender or food processor.
Adding Ingredients
1. Add the puree into a pot, and add in the honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Boiling and Simmering
1. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir occasionally.
2. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Storing
1. Once done, transfer to a glass jar or container.
2. Store in fridge for up to a week and use it on scones, bread, pavlova!
