- 8 purple potatoes
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil, or other oil you prefer
- 0.5 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 0.5 tsp Pepper, or to taste
- 0.25 tsp Chili flakes, or to taste

- 0.25 c Ketchup
- 0.25 c vegan mayonnaise

Directions

Preparing the Potatoes
1. Start by washing your potatoes.
2. Boil them until they're cooked through, which should take about 20 minutes, depending on their size.
3. Drain them and let them steam for a few minutes to release any excess moisture.
4. Cut them in half and spread them out on a lined baking tray.
Smashing and Baking the Potatoes
1. Now it's time to smash those potatoes! Use a jar or another flat object to flatten them out.
