Ingredients

For the crust
- 1.5 c graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp Butter, melted
- 0.333 c Sugar
Fudge
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 0.5 c Pumpkin Puree, pure
- 24 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Step 1: Prepare the crust
1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix very well.
2. Once it's the consistency of wet sand, place it in a foil-lined 8x8 baking sheet.
3. Press it down and get it nice and level.
Step 2: Prepare the fudge mixture
1. Over medium heat in a medium-sized saucepan, combine your sweetened condensed milk and pumpkin puree.
2. Mix very well and bring to a simmer.
3. Once it’s simmering, add your white chocolate, mix until smooth.
Step 3: Add spices and cool
1. Add your pumpkin pie spice to the fudge mixture and mix well.
2. Cook for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.
3. Dump this over your crust and use a spatula to flatten it out.
4. Let this cool on the counter for 1 hour before transferring to the fridge for 3 more hours.
Step 4: Cut and serve
1. Lastly, cut into small 1x1 inch pieces.
2. Top with some melted white chocolate if you desire and enjoy!
3. Store in the fridge.
