Ingredients

- 2 8oz Cream cheese
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 Scallions
- salt and pepper
- 1 Chives
- 1 Red bell pepper, save the stem
- 2 c nacho chips
- 0.25 c Walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Onion powder

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bell pepper, chopped scallions, chopped chives, walnuts, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper.
2. Roll mixture onto a ball then roll it onto crushed nacho flavored chips.
3. Wrap ball into plastic wrap.
4. Layer kitchen twine into a star and place cheese ball ontop and wrap togehter squeezing lightly in order to creat the groves of a pumpkin shape.
5. All it to set in the fridge for 45 minutes to an hour then remove from plastic wrap.
6. Garnish with a green stem in order to create the pumpkin look.
7. Service with your favorite chips and enjoy!
