- 1 c Rolled oats
- 0.75 c pumpkin pie mix
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Cooking spray
- Chocolate chips, optional

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease 2 ramekins or oven-safe pan with cooking spray.
2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients until smooth and well-blended, about 1 minute.
3. Transfer the batter into the prepared ramekins.
4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, if using.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out with just a couple of crumbs.
6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
