Ingredients

- 8 slice Prosciutto
- 1 package Puff pastry
- 0.5 cup fig jam
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Black pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add crescent roll dough to baking sheet and roll out the dough. Pinch dough together in any open areas.
3. Using a pizza cutter, slice dough into 10 squares and separate from one another.
4. Add 1 tsp of fig jam to the center of each square followed by one slice of Prosciutto and grated cheese. Take one corner of the square and fold into the middle. Take the diagonal corner and pinch with the corner you just folded. Repeat until each pastry is done. Beat 1 egg and brush egg over corners and on top of the dough.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until pastries are browned. Remove from oven. Garnish with black pepper and finely chopped basil. Serve and enjoy!
