- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Mirin
- 0.5 c water
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- spicy green pepper
- 2 strips pork belly
- spicy green pepper
- Green onion, for garnish

Directions

For the sauce and pork belly
1. Add soy sauces, sugar, mirin, water, garlic, and spicy green pepper to a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Add pork belly slices and cook in the sauce.
3. Cut into bite-sized pieces once the pork belly is cooked, let it simmer for another few minutes until the sauce becomes thicker.
For the final assembly
1. Add pork belly on top of cooked rice.
2. Top with boiled egg and green onion.
