Ingredients

- 4 slices Bread
- 1 container Sharp cheddar cheese, 7oz container, cracker cut
- 0.5 c Pizza Sauce
- 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning, divided
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp black olives, sliced

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Place 6-7 slices of the cracker cuts on each bread slice, layering them so that there are more around the ends and keeping the middle empty.
4. Place the second slice of bread on top of the cheese.
5. Spread the pizza sauce over each slice of bread.
6. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Adding Toppings
1. Add the remaining 6 cracker cut slices on top of the pizza sauce.
2. Then add the sliced tomatoes and olives on top of the cheese.
3. Season it with the remaining Italian seasoning.
Baking and Serving
1. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is crisp, 8-10 minutes.
2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
