Bagel Pizza
- 2 bagels
- 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 0.5 c Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.5 c Tomato sauce
- 0.5 c kalamata olives
- 0.5 c pickled peppers
- 0.5 tbsp Oregano
- 0.5 c vegan cheese
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Pepper

Directions

Preparing the Pizza Bagels
1. Cut the bagels in half and place them on the baking tray.
2. Spread tomato sauce on the bottom parts of the bagel halves and add your desired pizza toppings, including the thinly sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, and pickled peppers.
3. Sprinkle some oregano over the toppings, and then add grated (vegan) cheese to the top parts of the bagel halves.
4. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Baking and Serving
1. Bake the pizza bagels in the preheated oven for around 5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the bagels are crispy.
2. Serve hot and enjoy.
