Ingredients

- 1 Puff pastry
- 1 c Shelled pistachios
- 0.5 c Sugar
- 1 c Heavy cream
- 0.5 tsp Rose Water
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar, to top

Directions

1. Allow Puff pastry to thaw.
2. To a food processor, add pistachios, sugar and cinnamon.
3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, rose water and vanilla extract. Add pistachio mixture to heavy cream mixture and until you have a thick consistency.
4. Cut out puff pastry with a cookie cutter. Place puff pastry in oven for 20 min at 350 degrees until golden.
5. Cut puff pastry in half. Pipe pistachio cream onto bottom part of puff pastry and top with other half of puff pastry. Top off with powdered sugar.
6. Enjoy!
