1. Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler and spread onto a lined baking dish
2. Pop the dish in the fridge for at least half an hour
3. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler and spread on top of the cooled dark chocolate
4. Crush candy canes and sprinkle on top
5. Leave it in the fridge until ready to serve, then break into pieces
