- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Directions

Toasting the Walnuts
1. In a skillet, toss walnuts over medium heat until fragrant.
2. Set aside to cool.
Arranging the Salad
