Ingredients

Peanut Butter Filling
- 1.5 c creamy all natural peanut butter
- 0.667 c Powdered sugar
Brownies
- 0.5 c Butter, melted
- 1.25 c Chocolate chips
- 1 c Granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.25 c Flour, all purpose or gluten free
- 0.333 c creamy all natural peanut butter

Directions

Preparation
1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line an 8 inch by 8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
Make Peanut Butter Filling
1. Add creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar to a bowl.
2. Stir to combine. Mixture will be thick.
3. Set aside.
Prepare Chocolate Mixture
1. In another bowl, add melted butter and chocolate chips.
2. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and creamy.
3. If needed, microwave quickly to melt.
Prepare Brownie Batter
1. In a clean mixing bowl, add sugar and eggs.
2. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes.
3. Then, pour in melted chocolate mixture.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Add in cocoa powder, vanilla and flour.
6. Stir to combine.
Assemble Brownies
1. Pour half of the brownie batter into the lined pan.
2. Drop the peanut butter filling in dollops on top.
3. Use your hands to spread out into an even layer. This does not have to look perfect.
4. Then, pour remaining brownie batter on top.
5. Pour ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter all over the top.
6. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl.
Baking
1. Bake for 28 to 30 minutes or until middle looks set. The brownies should no longer jiggle.
Final Step
1. Finally, remove from oven.
2. Allow brownies to fully cool before slicing into.
