Ingredients

Danish
- 8 ounces Cream cheese
- 0.5 c Sugar
- 1 Large egg
- 0.5 tsp vanilla
- 0.5 tsp Lemon juice
- 0.333 c Flour
- pinch Salt
- 2 sheets Puff pastry, frozen
- 3 peaches, ripe
- egg wash
Topping
- 0.75 c Flour
- 0.333 c Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Butter
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Directions

For the cream cheese mixture
1. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, lemon juice, salt and flour.
2. Set aside.
For the topping
1. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and butter.
2. Rub until coarse crumbs form.
For the puff pastry
1. Unfold puff pastry, roll out slightly and cut each sheet into six even rectangles.
2. Score a border and prick holes with a fork.
3. Brush with egg wash, top with cream cheese mixture, peach slices and streusel.
Baking instructions
1. Bake at 375 until puffed and golden, 20 to 25 mins.
2. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
3. Enjoy!
