- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Bunch Fresh chives
- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese
- 0.333 c Milk
- salt and pepper

Directions

1. Beat eggs and milk together until there are no streaks of white and it is a uniform yellow color
2. Heat pan and add butter
3. Once butter is melted, reduce to low heat and add eggs.
4. Stir eggs consistently until eggs are firm but still a bit runny.
5. Turn off heat and plate. Top with Parmesan and fresh chives and enjoy!
