- 8 oz Dark chocolate, good quality, between 60-70% cocoa, chopped or chips

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a nonstick saucepan and stir.
2. Place the pan over medium-low heat, and use a spatula to stir and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chocolate has fully melted and the mixture comes to a boil.
3. Remove from heat and serve while hot, ideally with some plain whipped cream and a fresh croissant!
