- 29 oz Chickpeas, boiled
- 1 large potato
- 1 medium onion
- 2 Roma tomatoes, medium
- 1 32oz container Yogurt
- 1 c Milk
- 1 c papri
- 0.5 c imli chutni
- 0.5 c pomegranate
- 1 c Cilantro, chopped
- 0.5 c Mint, chopped
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tbsp chaat masala

Directions

Blending the ingredients
1. In a blender add mint, 1/2 cup cilantro and green chilies.
2. Once blended add that into half a container of yogurt.
3. Make the yogurt consistency runny by adding half a cup of milk.
4. Repeat the process with the rest of the yogurt and milk, just add chaat masala to that.
Assembling the dish
1. Now in a serving dish, add chickpeas, potatoes, tomatoes and onions.
2. Now add the “green yogurt” and chaat masala yogurt on top.
3. Now add Imli and gently smooth it out with a spoon.
4. Then add papri, cilantro and pomegranate.
5. Mix before eating. Enjoy!
