Pandan Rice Krispy Treats Recipe (with Video)

Directions
1. In a pot, add your butter. Melt thoroughly and add your marshmallows. Stir until melted.
2. Add your salt, pandan extract, and rice cereal. Stir until combined.
3. Add your rice krispy cereal to a non-stick sprayed pan. Flatten evenly and allow to cool.
4. Remove from pan and cut into equal-sized squares/rectangles.
5. In a microwave safe bowl, add your chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted, mixing in between.
6. Dip rice krispy treats in chocolate and cover with sprinkles and candy eyeballs!
