- White onion
- Scallions
- rice stix noodles
- Chicken breast, or thigh works too
- Garlic
- smoked fish flakes
- 2 achuete packets
- Shrimp
- 2 c water
- mushroom soup
- 4 Eggs, beaten, 4 eggs later for garnish
- chicharon
- garlic flakes
- Lemon

Directions

Preparation of Ingredients
1. Dice onion and cut scallions.
2. Add lots and lots of garlic to a food processor until finely minced.
3. Soak noodles in cold water for 10 minutes.
4. Boil noodles until tender then rinse.
5. Boil chicken and shred.
6. Reserve the chicken water for later.
7. Prepare shrimp - Cut shrimp in half and boil until cooked in reserved chicken water.
8. Cook the shrimp heads in the chicken water.
9. Boil more eggs for garnish.
Cooking Process
1. Add oil to a pot and fry garlic until lightly browned.
2. Add fish flakes according to your desired taste.
3. Season with black pepper.
4. Add diced onions to the pot along with 2 packets of achuete.
5. Add a bit of the shrimp/chicken water to the pot.
6. Mix and let simmer until bubbly.
7. Add shredded chicken and 2 cups of regular water.
8. Add cream of mushroom soup for added creaminess.
9. Beat 4 eggs and add to sauce while continuously mixing.
Garnishing
1. Garnish with chicharon, garlic flakes, hard boiled egg, scallions, shrimp, and lemon.
