- 0.5 White onion
- 1 handful Parsley
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1.5 lbs Ground beef
- 1 t Za’atar
- 1 t Sumac
- 1 t Aleppo pepper
- 0.5 t Turmeric
- 0.5 t Cumin
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter

Directions

In a Food Processor
1. Put half a white onion, a handful of parsley, and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic in a food processor.
Preparing the Meat Mix
1. Combine above mix with 1.5 lbs of ground beef, 1 teaspoon of Za’atar, sumac, 1 teaspoon of Aleppo pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin.
2. Mix in 2 tablespoons of pickle juice for that extra tender touch!
3. Chill the mix for a few hours to let those flavors mingle.
Forming and Cooking the Mini Footballs
1. Roll into 8-10 mini flat footballs.
2. Heat up 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a pan.
3. Fry each side for 4-5 minutes until cooked to perfection.
