Ingredients

Pani Puri
- 4 oz pani puri coins
- Oil, to deep fry
- 1 Potato, baked or boiled and chopped
- 12 oz Chickpeas, boiled
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- 4 oz Yogurt
- 4 oz imli chutney
- Onion, chopped
- Cilantro, chopped
- pani puri masala

Directions

Instructions for frying Pani Puri
1. On a medium high flame, bring the oil to a low boil.
2. Start adding multiple Pani puri coins at once.
3. Be prepared. It will fry within 30 seconds.
4. Immediately remove from the oil.
5. Let it cool down.
6. Then poke a hole by cracking it with your fingernail or use a spoon to gently tap it.
7. Add chickpeas and potatoes covered in chaat masala.
Instructions for assembling Pani Puri
1. Time to pour the yogurt over.
2. If it’s too thick then use milk to help with the consistency.
3. Finally layer it with imli chutney and chopped onion and cilantro.
4. You can stop here but for that authentic flavor, dip it in that pani puri water.
5. Serve immediately.
6. Enjoy!
