- 1 c Powdered sugar
- 0.25 c water, for sealing the wrappers

Preparation of Filling
1. Start by mixing together your cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and powdered sugar until smooth.
2. Then add in your crushed Oreo pieces and mix until fully incorporated.
