- 8 tbsp Butter, softened

Preparation
1. Pre-Heat the oven to 350.
Mixing the Ingredients
1. Combine the cake mix & gelatin in a large bowl and whisk it together till fully combined.
2. Add the softened butter and large eggs and mix until a cookie dough forms.
3. Add in the white chocolate chips and fold them in.
Baking the Cookies
1. Take some cookie dough and roll it into 1.5 inch balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
Cooling the Cookies
1. Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet.
