Ingredients

Chicken Seasoning
- 1.5 pounds Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
Other Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp for when cooking chicken and 1 tbsp for when rice goes in
- 2 tbsp Butter, for when cooking chicken
- 2 cups instant white rice
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 0.5 Onion, diced
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 0.25 c heavy whipping cream
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 0.25 c Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

Seasoning the Chicken
1. Start by seasoning your cubed chicken breast.
2. Mix until chicken is well combined.
Cooking the Chicken
1. Heat oil and butter in a large pan on medium high heat.
2. Then cook your chicken until crispy on the outside and until 95% done.
3. Remove from pan and set aside.
Sautéing the Onion and Garlic
1. Sauté onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.
Preparing the Rice
1. Then add in your instant rice, olive oil and chicken broth.
2. Bring to a boil and add in your chicken back and cover with a lid for 7-9 min.
Final Steps
1. Remove lid and add in heavy cream, lemon juice, parsley and shredded Parmesan.
2. Mix until combined and enjoy!
