Ingredients

Chicken and Vegetables
- 2 Chicken breasts, cut into 8 pieces, pounded flat
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0.25 c Oil
- 1 tbsp The Blend @kindersflavors
- 5 Yellow Potatoes, diced
- 1 bag Brussels sprouts, washed and halved
- 1 c Chicken Broth

Directions

Seasoning the Chicken
1. Season both sides of chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, paprika, and flour.
Pan-frying the Chicken
1. Pan-fry chicken in 2 tbsp of butter for about 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
2. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
Preparing the Pan
1. Add 1/4 cup oil to the same pan.
Cooking the Vegetables
1. On one side, add diced potatoes; on the other, add halved Brussels sprouts.
2. Season with one tablespoon of The Blend @kindersflavors.
3. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping and browning both the potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
Final Cooking Steps
1. Add in 1 cup of chicken broth and place the chicken on top of the potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
2. Cover with a lid and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes until everything is tender and flavorful.
