Ingredients

- 1.5 lb Sirloin Steak
- 1 Yellow onion
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Green bell pepper
- Cheese, of choice
Steak Marinade
- 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce, for marinade
- 0.25 cup Olive oil, for marinade
- tsp Sazon
- 1 tsp Black pepper, or to taste, for marinade
- 1 tsp Garlic powder, or to taste, for marinade
- 1 tsp Onion powder, or to taste, for marinade
Vegetable Seasoning
- 3 Tbs Olive oil, for veggies
- 1 tsp Kosher salt, for veggies
- 1 tsp Black pepper, for veggies
- 1 tsp Garlic powder, for veggies

Directions

1. For marinade, combine and mix Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, Sazon, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Thinly slice sirloin steak, or steak of choice if not already sliced. It is important that steak is sliced thin. Fully coat Steak in marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Slice onions & bell peppers and coat in olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Preheat Oven to 425F.
5. Evenly place all ingredients on a foil lined baking sheet and bake uncovered for about 10-12 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending upon desired doneness.
6. Remove from the oven. Add cheese on top of cooked steak. Broil for about 1 minute to melt cheese.
