Oden - Japanese Fish Cake Stew Recipe (with Video)

Preparation of Soup Base
1. In a large pot, add 5 cups of water and pour in the soup base.
2. Mix well.
Preparation of Oden
1. To a medium pot, place the sliced daikon in the bottom.
2. Add the contents of the variety pack oden and the hard-boiled eggs on top.
3. Pour in the soup base water.
4. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the radish is tender.
Serving Instructions
1. Serve the oden and radish with dipping sauce on the side.
