Nectarine French Toast Recipe (with Video)

Directions for Nectarine Compote
1. On medium-low heat add the nectarines & sugar to a pan. Mix around until the sugar melts.
2. Add fresh orange rinds.
3. Cook down until the sauce thickens.
4. Remove from heat and let cool in the fridge.
Directions for French Toast
1. Mix eggs in a bowl, add cinnamon, sugar & splash of milk.
2. Mix well & coat the bread with the egg mixture.
3. Add butter to a hot pan & cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until desired color.
4. Serve with nectarine compote & enjoy.
