- 1 tbsp Heavy cream
- 1 small pickle
- 1 part mayo
- 1 part Ketchup
- 1 part Dijon mustard
- 6 pieces of bacon
- 0.333 c feta or cheddar cheese

Directions

Preparation of Bacon
1. Preheat oven to 425 and then lay bacon on a baking sheet with a wire rack and cook bacon fully (12-14 minutes usually).
Sauce Preparation
1. Combine the diced up pickle with the mayo, ketchup & mustard, mix well and put aside.
Preparation of Eggs
1. Combine the eggs and heavy cream and whisk well.
2. Cook in a non-stick skillet until fully cooked over medium low heat.
Assembling and Serving
1. Toast your tortillas and then assemble with egg, bacon, sauce and cheese.
