Ingredients

Strawberry Sauce
- 1.5 c Strawberries, chopped
- 0.25 c Sugar
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced
Cake
- 1.5 c Butter, softened
- 2 c Sugar
- 1 c dark brown sugar
- 5 Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 c Flour
- 1.5 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 c Milk
- 0.5 c strawberry sauce
Icing
- 3 tbsp strawberry sauce
- 2 c Powdered sugar
- 1 Lemon, juiced

Directions

For the strawberry sauce
1. Add strawberry sauce ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
2. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes until it turns into a sauce. Stir every few minutes.
For the cake batter
1. Mix together your flour, salt, and baking powder.
2. In a mixer, mix together your sugars and butter.
3. Add your vanilla extract and eggs and mix until well incorporated.
4. Add your flour mixture and milk and mix until you have a nice cake batter.
5. Then add your strawberry sauce and mix until you have an even colored batter.
For baking
1. Preheat oven to 325 and bake your Bundts for 1 hour or until cooked fully (1 hour for large bundt, 25 minutes for minis).
For the icing
1. For your icing, mix together all your icing ingredients until a nice smooth icing forms.
2. Top your Bundts and enjoy!
