- 1 T Oil
- 1 T Honey
- 0.333 c Flour
- 0.25 c water
- 0.25 T Baking soda
Frosting
- 0.5 banana
- 2 T Peanut butter, All natural peanut butter

Directions

To make the Batter
1. Mix half the banana, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, oil, honey, flour, water, and baking soda.
2. Makes 6 mini muffins or 2-3 regular size muffins.
3. Put in the oven for 10-13 minutes at 350.
For the frosting
1. Mix other half of banana and remaining 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
2. We topped it with a small treat too!
3. Store cupcakes in the fridge.
