- 1 c Parmesan
- 1 c Breadcrumbs
- 6 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Egg
- 0.25 c Parsley, chopped
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 28 oz cans Crushed Tomato

Directions

Preparing the Meatballs
1. Combine ground beef, parmesan, breadcrumbs, 1/2 of the minced garlic, egg, parsley, salt and pepper & mix together until just fully incorporated.
2. Divide and shape mixture into meatballs - should be 38 medium sized meatballs.
3. Heat olive oil and remaining minced garlic over medium low heat until soft and translucent.
4. Add crushed tomato to garlic & oil and let simmer until meatballs are ready to add in.
5. Brown meatballs over medium low heat.
6. Once browned on most sides, add meatballs to sauce to continue cooking for 1.5-2 hours.
7. After all meatballs are finished browning, option to add the browned bits and deliciousness to your pot of sauce for extra flavor.
