Ingredients

Bacon and Biscuits
- 0.75 c dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 8 bacon slices
- 1 biscuits
- 1 qt Canola oil
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 2 c Powdered sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
3. Lay the bacon over a baking tray and cover each strip with the brown sugar mixture.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until crispy.
5. Cool down.
6. Coarsely chop using a knife.
7. Remove biscuits from can and roll flat.
8. Add around 1 tsp of bacon in the center, fold, and roll into a ball.
9. Once again, roll flat, and using a cookie cutter cut a hole in the center.
10. Fry at 300°F for 2 minutes each side, drain, and pat dry using a paper towel.
11. In a medium bowl, combine powdered sugar, remaining maple syrup, and milk using a whisk to make the glaze.
12. Dip the donuts in the glaze and top with remaining bacon.
13. Enjoy!
