Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
- 0.333 c beef stock
- 0.5 c Light soy sauce
- 1 c light brown sugar
- 3 tsp Ginger, freshly grated
- 6 clove Garlic, crushed
- 5 Green onions, only the green part

Directions

Preparation of Beef
1. Slice your steak into thin strips then coat the beef with cornstarch.
2. Set it aside.
3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry beef until crispy.
4. Empty out the pan.
Making the Sauce
1. Now add sesame oil and cooking oil.
2. Once piping hot, add ginger and garlic.
3. 30 seconds later add beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar to the pan.
4. Once completely mixed add the beef.
5. Stir until sauce thickens.
Final Steps
1. Now add green onions.
2. It’s ready to enjoy with freshly cooked jasmine rice.
