Ingredients

- 6 Flour tortillas
- 12 oz mahi fillets
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Adobo all purpose seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 1 Salt
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsps will be used for seasoning mahi and 2 tbsp for cooking mahi
For toppings
- 6 tbsp chipotle aioli
- 0.75 c black bean and corn salsa

Directions

1. Add your mahi fillets to a shallow dish or plate. Pat dry with a paper towel.
2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, adobo seasoning, cayenne pepper, cumin, pepper, and salt.
3. Drizzle 2 tbsps of olive oil on mahi fillets and cover them evenly.
4. Add on your seasonings and rub in until all sides are covered.
5. Sprinkle on cornstarch onto all sides.
6. To a large pan on medium high heat, add butter and 2 tbsps of olive oil. Let the butter melt with olive oil then add in mahi fillets.
7. Cook on each side for about 2-4 minutes depending on the thickness of your mahi. In the meantime, heat up your flour tortillas in a non-stick pan until warm.
8. Once mahi and tortillas are done, assemble your tacos. I added a bean and corn salsa with chipotle aioli which can both me found on my page for the recipe.
