Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 Yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp steak seasoning
- 0.25 lb white American cheese
- 0.25 lb yellow American cheese
- 4 tortillas
- 0.25 cup White wine
- 1 tsp Better than Bouillon garlic seasoning
- 1 tsp Better than Bouillon onion seasoning
- Oil, for pan frying

Directions

1. Bring your steak to room temperature.
2. Pat it dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
3. Remove the fat cap from your ribeye and save it for later.
4. Cut your ribeye against the grain into thin strips.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.
6. Add oil to a hot pan.
7. Add your seasoned steak and cook until about 85% of the way.
8. Remove steak from the pan and add the fat caps.
9. Cook the fat caps until charred to get all the flavor.
10. Remove the fat caps and add white wine to deglaze the pan.
11. Add better than bouillon to the pan and mix in with the deglazed mixture.
12. Add onions and mix.
13. Add steak and finish cooking and until the onions are translucent.
14. Add 3 slices of white American and 3 slices of yellow american cheese to the steak and onions and mix. Remove from the heat.
15. Take a tortilla and add one slice of each cheese.
16. Add a few spoonfuls of the steak and onion mix to the tortilla and wrap.
17. Toast your tortilla until golden brown on both sides.
18. Serve and enjoy!
